You will be staying in a warm and friendly family home that is run by two demanding but loveable pussy cats.

Uppingham has three types of guest room:  Double with ensuite shower and washbasin, Twin with ensuite shower and washbasin and Single with washbasin and shared bathroom.

Prices are per room and are inclusive of a full English or Continental breakfast. Payment by cash/cheque.  A deposit of £10 per room is required

All rooms have a colour TV, tea & coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.  WiFi Internet is available on request.

We are a cycle friendly establishment and have a secure lockup for your two wheeled possession.

We know what it is like being away from home so we will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.  Although we have a couple of moggies we are a dog friendly household.  You will be greeted from 16:00 hours on the day of your arrival and we respectfully ask you to vacate by 10:30 hours on your day of departure.   Ample off road parking is provided for your convenience. Our chickens will provide fresh eggs for breakfast, supplemented by our scrummy home made bread.  To this mouth watering delight we will add locally obtained sausage & bacon.  Jam is supplied as standard.
